You will have a 24-hour window to authorize the transaction and lock in your reservation before the member-tier rate resets. Can I call the hotel to verify my reservation?

Absolutely. Once your authorization clears, the resort will issue a confirmation number that we will deliver directly to you. But here is where the status kicks in: you aren’t just another number item in their system. You will be assigned a Dedicated Resort Coordinator—your primary point of contact on the ground—to oversee your logistics and ensure your arrival is flawlessly executed. We recommend connecting with them within seven days to finalize group details and all-inclusive preferences, but for the most seamless entry, reach out within 72 hours of your booking to ensure the resort has initialized your stay exactly as you intended.

What if I miss the 24-hour window?

Look, here’s the reality: we don’t set the rules—the resort’s member protocol does. They are extremely strict about the 24-hour payment window because these rates offered to you are technically "off-market."

If you miss the deadline or life gets in the way, don’t panic—we can re-engage the concierge to pull a fresh quote for you. However, there is a hard limit: we only allow two re-quote attempts per month.

Why the limit? We are leveraging the elite standing of real members to get you this access. If we constantly ping the VIP team for quotes that never convert, we jeopardize the reputation and standing of the very members making this deal possible.
